Andrew Aimoto
CAD Dept. Manager, General IT Manager.
Over 14 years of construction experience, produces 2D and 3D shop drawings and participates in MEP coordination. Andrew has been with Sierra Commercial Plumbing since 2004. He holds a Bachelor's of Architecture degree with a minor in business, Quick pen pipe designer 3D certified.

Brandon Palomarez
Project Manager, Brandon joined Sierra in 2003. He worked his way through material control.  He managed material deliveries and tools. Brandon now manages Sierra Waste Water Division. He is certified CPR and had been EMT certified. He also has compleated 30 hours of OSHA training.

Alan Jenkins
Vice President & Safety Director, is the former CEO of Jenkins Ceramic Manufacturing Inc. After selling the company in 1994, Alan joined the Sierra Commercial Plumbing team. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Alan also holds OSHA training credentials in many areas of construction.

Adam Kaplan
Purchasing Agent, Project Manager, Estimator, Adam attended CSUN and was a member Sigma Chi Fraternity. Adam joined Sierra Commercial Plumbing 8 Years ago. He worked as an Apprentice and moved into the office within his first year at Sierra. He has become an accomplished Estimator. He manages projects while estimating new projects. Adam is a Certified QuickPen Estimator.

James Loyd

Project Manager Over 23 years in the plumbing industry – Completed 5 year Apprentice program. Journeyman, P.I.P.E. certified. Jim has worked as General Foreman, Foreman and Apprentice. Jim has been involved in many Design Build – Design Assist and Engineer Assist projects. Jim is an accomplished detailer. He has worked on hospitals, labs, studios, music center, schools, high-rise office buildings, hotels, apartments and condominiums. He has also completed many site utility jobs.  Jim spent 4 years at the Walt Disney Concert Hall as Plumbing General Foreman.His Safety Certifications are OSHA 10 and 30 hour,First Aid and C.P.R., scaffolding user training and NUCA Competent Person trained.  Also he is certified to operate all forklift types, boom lifts and scissor lifts.Jim has basic rigging training.

Nancy Jenkins
Secretary & Treasurer, has an Associates degree and previously worked as an administrative legal assistant. She joined her husband in the business in 1995 and has since overseen the finances of the company.

Marc Spangle
Chief Financial Officer, has spent most of her career in contracting and construction formerly working for Fluor Daniel and Amgen. She has nearly 20 years experience and has supervised almost a billion dollars worth of construction contracting. 

Jeff Boscarino
Vice President of Estimating, has over 30 years of construction experience. He started his career at Safeway Plumbing, a former leader in the plumbing industry. Jeff moved from the field to an office job with Deel Mechanical and then on to Sierra Commercial Plumbing. Jeff has been with the company for 8 years and is a Certified QuickPen Estimator. 

Randy Jenkins
CEO / President

Randy has over 33 years experience in the construction industry.  Starting his mechanical career as a Union Apprentice, he worked on the plumbing construction crew at Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Los Angeles.  Four years later he was completing the Union Apprenticeship Program.  Randy became a certified PIPE Journeyman and was put in the Foreman position on many high profile projects.  Randy has held the following certifications: PIPE Brazer, PIPE Medical Gas installer, Sani Tech Installer, Orbital Welder, George Fisher Installer, Pesticide Certified for water treatment and sanitization.  Randy also has an Engineering degree in Hydraulics and Pneumatics and has held a state teaching credential specializing in plumbing.  Randy has attended Sierra’s 30 Hour OSHA training program and holds a LA City Journeyman Plumbers card.  Today Randy oversees the Corporation’s officers.
